Ordering & delivery
When will my order arrive?
Every order is packed by hand in London and sent within 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, the EU 4 to 8, and the rest of the world 6 to 12.
How much is delivery?
UK £3.95, free on orders over £200. EU £12, rest of the world £20.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country on arrival. These are the customer’s responsibility.
How will my piece arrive?
In its own pouch, wrapped in tissue paper, in a slim mailer that fits through most letterboxes.
Can I add a gift note?
Of course. Just leave your message in the “Special instructions” box in your cart and we’ll tuck it in with your order.
How can I pay?
By card, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or in three interest-free instalments with Klarna or Shop Pay.
Can I collect my order in London?
Not just yet, but get in touch at hello@shopgrigri.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to let us know, then 14 more to send it back, unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. See our refund policy for the details.
What if my piece is faulty?
Email hello@shopgrigri.com with your name, order number and photos or a video, and we’ll sort it out.
The jewellery
What is Gri-Gri?
A curation of independent jewellery designers, chosen for their design and quality.
Can I wear it in water?
We don’t recommend it. Our pieces are made to last, and keeping them away from water is the best way to keep them looking good for a long time. Each product page has its own care notes under “Take care of me”.
Private sales & events
Do you have a shop?
We’re online, and we host private sales and pop-ups around London. Sign up to “Stay in the loop” at the bottom of the page to be invited.
